Windows 10: KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION error BEFORE booting up, freeze following.

Hey!

My younger brother's pc just randomly stopped working.

We tried to figure out how to fix the problem, but all we got was tips like "Update/ reinstall drivers", "Fix conflicting files", "Open Cmd and type in [command I forgot]" and other unhelpful "fixes" like that.

The problem is, that the blue screen appears BEFORE you can even enter the desktop! All these fixes are for pcs that boot up normally but crash. Then the pc freezes and you cant do anything.

His PC wont boot up though.

All components are plugged in correctly.

We appreciate any help!

The error code suggests the issue to be of Windows Updates. I suggest you to
Run the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool which fixes the Windows corruption error if there are any. Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows+X.
  
• 
  Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Type the command DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  and hit Enter.
