Windows 10: Kernelbase.dll causing my windows.exe to crash

Hello, I am having issues on my gaming computer with explorer.exe crashing & restarting about every 20 mins or so. KERNELBASE.dll seems to be causing the crash. I can't seem to manually do something to trigger it, or run any particular programs. This issue has been going on for a few months, and i'm finally writing in to get some help. I have tried the sfc scan, malware scanner, optimizing my pc, restorehealth, etc to no help.My computer specs areevice name DESKTOP-7K6ILB8 Processor IntelR CoreTM i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB 31.8 GB usable System type 64-

i installed window 10 a while ago & my incredimail stoped working 9error report; flash dll

maybe it has something to do with updates\

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

UT3.EXE Kernel32.DLL error

Kernell32.dll is not the piece being shut down, it is UT3.EXE with mod name kernel32.dll.
