Windows 10: KERNELBASE.dll corrupted/broken

My PC keeps bluescreening with errors like CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and something about ntoskrnl.exe failing. I've checked what caused the errors and I'm pretty sure my KERNELBASE.dll is corrupt and/or broken. Because of this I have tried an in-place upgrade which supposedly reinstalls system files, but this doesn't work because my PC bluescreens during the process, causing it to cancel the installation automatically I've tried over 10 times with no succes. Is there any other solution on how I can fix or replace KERNELBASE.dll? I feel like i've tried everything but I keep believing in a solut

Corrupt DLL files

I keep getting a message about corrupt dll files (MSVCP110.dll is just one) when I try to open several apps. I have tried a number of the suggestions from the message boards but nothing works. I have reinstalled the programs to no avail. Any suggestions?
