Windows 10: Key doesn't work

Trying to upg from 8.1 w wmp and used produkey to get outlook and system reg key and when I when install asks for reg key, neither work. I downloaded from ms win 10 download site. the install window doesn't give ANY other options except QUIT. It's going to be hard to convince people to upgrade if even an "insider" has trouble. Thaks

I use Windows 10 on a laptop. All my drivers and Windows itself are updated, so they run with the current version.

I tried typing the euro-key (€) with Ctrl + Alt + E and Alt Gr + E but both opportunities do not work. Then I tried typing the euro-key with the on-screen keyboard and an external keyboard - don't work either. It is paradox because I am able to type every
other symbol whose key combination starts with Alt Gr + ... :

Example: Alt Gr + Q for @; ²³{[]}\~|

This problem includes every program where you can write something. The language also is the right one. So the only way to solve the problem is the key combination Alt + [Num]0128 but you're able to memorize this combination for only a short time. And that
sucks!

So please help me! The keyboard cannot be the issue, the problem is caused by the software... Do you guys know what I can do? Best regards and thank you very much!

Ich benutze Windows 10 an einem Laptop. Alle Treiber und Windows selbst sind geupdated, somit laufen sie mit der aktuellsten Version.

Ich habe versucht, das Eurozeichen (€) mit Strg + Alt + E und Alt Gr + E einzutippen, aber beide Möglichkeiten funktionieren nicht. Dann habe ich versucht, das Eurozeichen mit der Bildschirmtastatur und einer externen Tastatur einzugeben - funktioniert auch
nicht. Das Paradoxe daran ist, dass ich jedes andere Symbol, das die Kombination Alt Gr + ... verwendet, eintippen kann:

Beispiel: Alt Gr + Q für @; ²³{[]}\~|

Dieses Problem gilt für alle Programme, bei denen man etwas schreiben kann. Die Sprache ist richtig eingestellt. Somit ist die einzige Lösung für das Problem die Tastenkombination Alt + [Num]0128, aber man kann sich diese Kombination nur kurz merken. Und
das nervt!

Also bitte helft mir! Die Tastatur kann nicht dafür verantwortlich sein, das Problem liegt in der Software... Wisst ihr, was ich tun kann? Beste Grüße und vielen, lieben Dank!

Here are a few potential culprits:

• Wrong keyboard map. Try one of the other German language maps.
• You have some keyboard remapper installed. Press Shift+Restart, then boot the machine into Windows Repair Mode. Open a Command Prompt and check if the problem persists.
• Some background program interferes with your keyboard. Check if the problem persists while in Safe Mode.
