    Hi guys,

    I have a real weird issue on a dell 3580. The @ and ' Key is delayed by maybe 500ms-1s but only in windows. This occurs on usb keyboards as well as internal one and does not occur when the machine is in a virtualbox or booted to a live USB........ what the heck setting is this im baffled?

    I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
    • Select the Region from the list and click Next.
    • Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.
