Windows 10: Keybinds on mouse suddenly have a purpose

Hello everyone, Just yesterday I rebooted my pc to factory mode because my Minecraft launcher didn’t work properly, everything works perfectly but I have one thing, it’s not necessarily a problem but I would like to know how it happened. My keys on the side of my gaming mouse suddenly have a purpose, here’s an example: 12 opens the task manager. Does anyone know where this comes from? A reply would be appreciated, have a nice day!

Keybindings on Cm sentinel gaming mouse?

Hello, So I got this mouse, (This is mostly a question for other owners of the mouse)
Cooler Master Storm Sentinel Advance Gaming Mouse Review

It's all nice, But there is a little thing annoying me. Which is in games.. You can't bind the two side buttons? (Button 6 and 7)
Do you have to do all the keybindings with the macro system included? If so, Anyone figured out just how to do so?

Thank you for your help. I did a little but more looking and it turnes out the specific keybind i was trying to disable isnt a windows keybind, its for the alt1 toolkit for runescape. Thank you again
