Windows 10: keyboard and mouse does not working

Dear supportsmy keyboard and mouse do not work after I change a new hard drive it has a windows operating system and on bios, it works but after POST or the window screen displayed they stop automatically/turnoff/ but I return the old hard drive it works properly my hard drive on another computer is working properly what I can do please help me.Thanks with best Regards!
