Windows 10: Keyboard and mouse doesn't respond after start up

specs Using a Hp compaq 6200 Pro MT PCIntel core i5-2400 3.10 Ghzinformation My keyboard works fine When I go to bios But it doesn't seems to work after start upIn fact I can't use the USB port on this pc every port doesn't seems to work after start up If I light up my keyboard before start up it glows but unresponsive afterwards meaning, I can't turn it off how it happened I press recovery mode with saved progress afterwards the USB ports is unresponsive tried -putting different usb ports -removing the cmos battery with the plug and turn it on againSo I am kinda lost on what to do

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
