Windows 10: Keyboard and mouse don't work on start up so how can I get to the safe mode when nothing works

How do I get to safe mode without no keyboard and mouse anyone can help would be great

- seems not so uncommon...have you tried the manufacturer's site?

This is odd... I tried a couple of attempts at deleting the mouse from device manager then rebooting, but that didn't fix the lack of Safe Mode mouse.

Safe mode starts your Windows using minimal set of drivers to help troubleshoot issues on your computer. Rebooting your computer should change it back to normal boot. However, if you entered safe mode through msconfig, then you will need a keyboard to exit
safe mode. If your keyboard is not working, then we suggest using an external keyboard and mouse to enable exiting the safe mode.
