    KEYBOARD AND MOUSE FAILURE .STUCK AT 'LETS START WITH YOUR REGION'


    In order to make my pc's performance better i have reset it.after installing windows a screen appears showing 'lets start with your region' .as the screen appears at the same time keyboard and mouse stop to work. Please help!

    Stuck on 'Let's Start With Region' (Mouse and Keyboard Do Not Work)

    After a hard reset on my PC to hopefully make it run faster, it brought me to the 'Let's start with region, is this right' screen. My mouse and my keyboard DO NOT WORK and every time I turn it off and on I get the same screen. When resetting the PC I chose
    'Remove everything' because I saved my personal files to Google Drive.
