Windows 10: Keyboard and mouse for people with movement disorders?

I just wanted to know what does windows 10 offer for people who have difficulty using the keyboard and mouse. I tried searching for a way to use my phone (because it is easier to use) as a pc keyboard but I don’t want to install software from a random company. I mainly have issues with typing special characters, I thought caps lock would help but you have to use the shift key. The mouse is usable, it is just difficult. Any suggestions? Thanks
