Windows 10: Keyboard and mouse glitching all the sudden!

So two days ago i noticed my keyboard was lagging, mistyping, and just overall glitching out... today i realized my mouse was also glitching. both keyboard and mouse are wired *i have tried multiple keyboards wired*, and I have tried switching USB ports with no success. I ran a windows trouble shoot on both and it said they were working fine. The glitching is only noticeable when I am playing games its happening on all games, and i am not really sure if it is even happening when typing because i don't look at the screen when i type, and because its mostly just input lag. Any ideas whats wr

Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10

Strange Vista Mouse/Keyboard Glitch

Ok so after a round of undervolting the other other day, at one point when I booted up a strange mouse/keyboard glitch began:
Left click works what I believe is similar to a right click except it's stranger: clicking on a shortcut opens it's properties
Right click opens the drop down menu as usual but that immediately disappears
Keyboard has almost no functionality(but is still powered, it's LED)
I've tried resetting BIOS to stock, a different mouse, messing with the control panel settings, and even reinstalling vista didn't work, after working for a few minutes it reverted back to the glitch...
Anyone have any ideas?
