Windows 10: Keyboard and Mouse not working after adjusting Startup apps

Hi together, I have a problem with my windows 10 PC. After a few months of use the amount of startup apps piled up a bit and slowed everything down every time I started my pc. So I went into the menu and switch some of them off. I tried to not target anything important. Then I restarted. Now my pc does detect any keyboard or mouse. My main setup is from razor and I remember deactivating razor synapse. But I also connected some older keyboard and mouse with no luck whatsoever. Can anyone help me ? Because any problem solve I could requires a keyboard at least.

Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10

• Pres Windows+X key on your keyboard.
• Select Device Manager.
• Locate the mouse and keyboard drivers, right click, then click on Update.

Mouse and keyboard not working on startup?

My mouse and keyboard just stopped working last night after I had to restart my PC because Discord froze. When I booted up my PC again, my keyboard and mouse would light up for a few seconds and then turn off, and I couldn't use them to log in.

I've tried:

• Unplugging my keyboard and mouse, restarting my pc, then plugging my keyboard and mouse back in
  
• Unplugging my pc for a few minutes
  
• Loading up a system restore point from automatic repair
  
• Booting up safe mode through automatic repair
  

My keyboard and mouse seem to work when I load up automatic repair, but, whenever I try to restart my pc, I still can't use my keyboard and mouse. I've also tried using different keyboards and mice, but they didn't work either. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?
