Windows 10: Keyboard and mouse not working after windows updates failed and undoing changes

My windows 11 were running automatic updates an hour ago. During the update, it says something went wrong and were undoing changes. After the process is done, it went into homepage as usual, but my keyboard wired and mouse Bluetooth is not working at all. I tried restarting several times, it is not working still. I later tried using recovery mode. In the recovery mode screen, that’s where the weird part came, I am able to use my mouse and keyboard again. I chose to launch in safe mode. When it goes to safe mode home screen, mouse and keyboard can’t be use again. I have tried double check m

Keyboard not working after Windows 10 Update

your mouse and keyboard driver? If not, we suggest you to do so. There is a possibility that the driver is not compatible with the new Windows 10 update. However, one
of the workarounds that we suggest for your mouse and keyboard to work is to update the driver. If the symptom persist, you can run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter. To run the Troubleshooter, follow these steps:
