Windows 10: Keyboard and mouse not working because I accidentaly deleted usb 3.0

Hi I accidentaly deleted usb 3.0 from my pc and my mouse and keyboard is not working. But I do have a restore point. Is there any way I could do to boot up my pc in recovery mode and restore my pc? I also dont have a usb 2.0 port.

Best solutions is ti use a Dell - USB compatable Mouse and Keyboard.
IF no Dell Mouse/Keyboard; try any USB mouse & keyboard, most work some don't.
