Windows 10: Keyboard and mouse not working on startup

I'm not sure why this started happening out of nowhere. I uninstalled Steam and a snipping tool I didn't need and restarted to finish the uninstalls, now my keyboard and mouse don't work so I can't enter my password to use any of the solutions I found online and I can't boot into safe mode, either.I have a Bluetooth keyboard I usually use, but I also tried a USB one and that one didn't work, either. My mouse also plugs in via USB and has RGB; the lights will turn on for 3 seconds and then turn back off for 3 seconds repeatedly, but clicking and moving the mouse does nothing. Not sure what's go

Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10

One reason why your mouse and keyboard is not working is because of an outdated driver. We suggest that you update the mouse and keyboard driver by following the steps below:

• Pres Windows+X key on your keyboard.
• Select Device Manager.
• Locate the mouse and keyboard drivers, right click, then click on Update.

Mouse and keyboard not working on startup?

My mouse and keyboard just stopped working last night after I had to restart my PC because Discord froze. When I booted up my PC again, my keyboard and mouse would light up for a few seconds and then turn off, and I couldn't use them to log in.

I've tried:

• Unplugging my keyboard and mouse, restarting my pc, then plugging my keyboard and mouse back in
  
• Unplugging my pc for a few minutes
  
• Loading up a system restore point from automatic repair
  
• Booting up safe mode through automatic repair
  

My keyboard and mouse seem to work when I load up automatic repair, but, whenever I try to restart my pc, I still can't use my keyboard and mouse. I've also tried using different keyboards and mice, but they didn't work either. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?
