Windows 10: Keyboard and mouse

I have a huge problem and I had for 3 days I reset window 10 and now my keyboard and mouse don't work only on the bios and option menu and I try in the option menu to troubleshoot but it's asking for a password and it's not my start up password and it's not my microsoft password so what password is it asking for none in the chat line can't help I been stump for 3 days can't sign in my computer cause mouse and keyboard don't workDesperately need help please

Logitech mouse and Keyboard issues

Thank you as well. I have no owned a corded mouse in 15 years or since they had wireless mice. Can I do the steps backwards, meaning do the keyboard first rather than the mouse since I will need a working mouse to do all this?
