Windows 10: Keyboard and On-Screen keyboard problem

Hey,So I'm using Logitech G815 keyboard with scandinavian keyboard layout so it has those special keys ö, ä and å. I recently noticed that key next L on right side which is ö, stopped functioning correctly. When I press key normally it doesn't appear, but when I hold it down, it starts writing character. At first I thought it was hardware problem, but if I switch keyboard layout from language bar from Eng-Fin to Eng-Us, key works normally. Of course it won't show as ö as it isn't that character in US layout. But thing is that it will show ; and it works normally pressing, but ö works only if k

• Select Ease of Access.
• On the left panel, click on Keyboard.
• Under On-Screen Keyboard, make sure it is set to Off.

I suggest that you run the automatic troubleshooter to diagnose and fix issues that you can encounter with your On-Screen Keyboard. Do the following steps, please:

Start menu -choose Settings (the gear icon)

Select Update & Security, and then select Troubleshoot.

Find Keyboard on the list.

Click on it, and click the ‘Run the troubleshooter’ button.
