Windows 10: keyboard and/or mouse disconnects when opening games

Whenever I start a game, on steam, riot or anywhere. Either my mouse or keyboard stop responding. When I exit the game the device suddenly start functioning again.I have attempted to uninstall the devices, in device manager without luck. Uninstalled all the 3rd party drivers. All drivers in device manager is allready up to date. Tried to connect to different usb ports. Troubleshooter found nothing and the ease of access is disabled. I dont know what to do at this point. And need help, thank you

Mouse And Keyboard disconnecting Randomly

My mouse and keyboard is turning off for few seconds and turn on. And sometimes completely Disconnects . Then i have to reconnect them. Then some times the mouse frozes for few seconds. keyboard and mouse turns off randomly more often during playing Games.
I have tried the power management thing but didnt work. Thank You
