Windows 10: Keyboard and typing -- SO FRUSTRATING!!

As I am typing, my curser will just all of the sudden move to a different location in the text or all of the sudden the font menu will pop up for no reason. Has anyone had a problem with their cursor moving around for no reason? The most common thing it does is to jump back seven words or so and then I find myself typing in the middle of the sentence I am trying to complete.

Email typing frustration, is there a fix?

I very much enjoy using my surface 3, and when typing with the on screen keyboard there are suggestions of words, it also appears that these suggestions can learn from what you have typed previously.

It cannot however remember my email address, which is long and annoying to type. Is there a way of adding an email to suggested words? Much like a mobile phone would automatically do?

I have become increasingly frustrated by the lack of this feature, which would save masses of time!

Typing in tablet mode is frustrating

This is most likely to happen if auto-correct has been enabled on your
Typing settings. To rectify the issue, we suggest that you turn it off by following these steps:

• From the Start Menu, go to Settings then select
  Devices.
• Click Typing, then toggle off Auto-correct misspelled words. There is also an option to turn off highlighting misspelled words on the same setting.

Post back if the concern has been resolved.
