Windows 10: Keyboard appearing at login screen just started

I have been having problems with a hacker in my neighborhood and this keyboard just popped up on my screen recently. The keyboard layout didn’t have some of the letters it has now in the picture I put up so I’m a little worried about what could be going on. I have a Windows 11. No fancy programs or anything running that could cause it to pop up. This is strictly a work computer so I’m a little worried. This guy disable two laptops in one desktop as well as a projector and the TV so I really don’t want him getting inside of my computer. Any input would help getting this off at the start up scre

Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

1. Disable superfetch service
   • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
   • Restart the computer
   • Si ça ne marche pas, passer à l'étape 2;
2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)

 

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Login screen does not appear

Sometimes, like half of the time, when I put my laptop in sleep mode, it fails to wake up enough to display the login screen. I must do a hard restart in order for it to appear so that I may login.
Any suggestions?
