Windows 10: Keyboard Beeping when pressing Button Combo

So recently I was playing a game called Metro Exodus, In that game you can walk by pressing x and w, a, s, or d, and so I was trying to walk diagonally x+w+d and I heard beeping and I only walked forward. I had recently switched to a older keyboard as my other keyboard had broke and I had to change some system settings due to windows 11 not allowing for PS/2 keyboards to be used by default, and so I thought that it might have reset some keyboard settings, but nothing in the settings fixed it. so I decided to post here as I couldn't find any fixes online. Hearing beeping noise while pressing q button on keyboard

2. Did you make any changes in the system settings prior to this issue?

3. Does the issue occur while using specific application?

4. Are you using on-screen keyboard?

Follow the below methods and check if it helps,

Method 1 Run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with the Bluetooth adapter. Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
• Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.
  

If the issue still persists then uninstall and reinstall the keyboard drivers and check if it helps,

Method 2:
Uninstall and reinstall the keyboard drivers

1.
Press “Windows + X” and select Device manager.

2.
Select Keyboards and expand the driver icon.

3.
Right click on the driver icon and click on
Uninstall .

4.
Install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website.

Shift button keeps on beeping

I have tried the two steps but my SHIFT button still beeps. I have restarted my PC and the SHIFT button still beeps.

This issue that you are facing can be due to your keyboard driver. I would suggest that you check your driver, if it is updated. If not you can visit your manufactures website and download it manually.

You can follow the steps mentioned below to check the details of the drivers.

• Click on “Start” button located on your computer screen.
• Type “Device Manager”, a window will open and in the navigation pane search for “Keyboard”, then right click to check the detail regarding the driver.

The next step is to Go to your Laptop/Computer Manufacturer's website > Drivers and Downloads Section > Key in your Model number > Look for latest Windows 10 Drivers for it > Download/install
them.
