Windows 10: Keyboard bug , 1 key input , 2 outputs

Hello , I recently discovered that my keyboard on my laptop has problem. Specifically , certain keys that I press , have 2 outputs , for example: The "L" key outputs the letter L but also the ENTER action.The "9" key not on the num pad outputs the number 9 but also the down arrow key. The "O" key outputs the letter O and the up arrow.And more like these. Adding , the opposite happens aswell , if i press "Enter" the letter L will show too , the up arrow shows the letter O too.So far I have tried. Shutting down the laptop.Restarting the laptop.Went on "Device manager" and tried updating the dr

Language keyboard input doesn't equal output

Language input may vary depending on the Input method set on your keyboard settings. To sort your concern, we suggest that you check if the desired input is set correctly by following these steps:

• Type in Language and keyboard options on the search box.
• Select the desired language that you're trying to set up.
• Once you've selected the language, select Options.
• Under Keyboards, select Microsoft IME and click
  Options.

  Input method and select the desired input.
• Click OK.

One key has severe input lag but every other key is fine

Its a below average suggestion because he has expanded "replace your keyboard" into 2 paragraphs.
That wont work because the issue is Software related:

- The key is responsive in any input language other than UK English
- Logging into another non-root user account results in the key working fine in all layouts.

Replacing the keyboard will solve nothing because in a laptop the operating system treats the internal keyboard as a peripheral (the same as an external USB keyboard or mouse), a peripheral doesnt have executive power to "send junk messages" unless the driver relaying messages between the peripheral and the OS is faulty.

If both the USB keyboard and Virtual Keyboard display the same problem, and the problem can be fully/partially resolved by switching accounts or changing input language respectively, then it is 100% not a problem with the internal keyboard.

The Australian and US layouts do acknowledge that button.
The @ and " keys are swapped in the US layout so the output does not correspond with the physical key, but thats not the point.
The point is that the there is no input lag when changing layouts and switching accounts which would not be the case if it was a hardware problem.

 

1) Key Alt+Prtscr no longer working [Alt and Prtscr are normal operating], 2) Hot Keys input language (Left Alt+Shift+[1, 2, 3] are reset to (None)
