    keyboard clicks and releases keys when held down


    Hi everyone, I have an Akko 5075B keyboard, I have tested and connected the keyboard to another device but it still works fine. But on my PC, it has a phenomenon of clicking and releasing the keys when holding. For example: when I am playing a game, if I hold the shift button to make the character move slowly, hold for about 5 seconds, the keyboard shows signs of releasing the keys. I hope everyone can help me fix this. Thanks

    Choose most sensitive.

    Before we proceed, please answer the following questions to help you better.

    • Does this issue occur only while using the Microsoft Office Suite?
    • What is the exact error message that you get?

    Check if the Sticky Keys and Toggle keys are turned on. If yes, I suggest you to turn it off. To do so, follow these steps:

    • Press Windows key + I and click on Ease of Access.
    • Click on Keyboard tab.
    • Turn off Sticky Keys and Toggle keys.
    • Check if the issue persist.
