  1. keyboard command, does not work properly

hello, I have problems on my laptop after updating Windows. Every time I use a keyboard command, such as Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, etc., the command doesn't work and a pop up warning always appears containing "function no allowed", how do I fix it? I've checked in device manager, my keyboard doesn't say error.

    :)
