Windows 10: Keyboard Connection Issues

Hi, My L5V-00001 Ergonomic Full-size Wireless Sculpt Desktop Wireless USB Keyboard has not been working properly. I connects to the dongle for like 10 minutes and then disconnects. I have to take out the batteries and then it will work again for like 10 min and disconnect. Are there any troubleshooting I can do? Or is this just a faulty keyboard at this point.

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.

I suggest you to connect an external keyboard and check if the issue persists or not.

Method 2:

I suggest you to download and install latest keyboard driver from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.
