Windows 10: Keyboard customization software not detecting keyboard

I bought a pictek mechanical keyboard i-910 and I installed the software to customize the rgb lights but when I open it I just get a message saying "Do not detect the device. Can not display the key settings." I've tried reconnecting my keyboard, reinstalling the software, restarting my computer, I uninstalled an old redragon keyboard software earlier because they use the same reskinned program and it wasn't letting me install the new pictek one but I think might have missed something because it still isn't working. Do I need to do something in device manager?

are you using the special software with the keyboard?

If You are- id suggest looking at Logitech for a Mechanical Keyboard or a Roccat Ryos Series.

Rosewil- they make good mechanical keyboards but im unsure if they have any special gaming software

if you want Fancier than the G110 or the Ryos series look at the RGB keyboards coming out

 

Unifying keyboard and trackball occasionally not responding

We're aware of an issue affecting K780 MULTI-DEVICE WIRELESS KEYBOARD, K375s MULTI-DEVICE KEYBOARD or K850 PERFORMANCE KEYBOARD, where the first typed key is not detected after the keyboard comes back from sleep. We have a device (firmware) update that addresses this issue.

Please download the Device Firmware Update Tool and follow the steps in order to update your keyboard.

NOTE: to update your keyboard, it needs to be connected via the Unifying Receiver (USB Receiver). If your keyboard is connected over Bluetooth, please follow the steps below to connect over Unifying before performing the update. You can always re-pair your keyboard via Bluetooth after the update is complete.

Instruction to pair your keyboard with the Unifying receiver

1. Download and install Logitech Unifying software Logitech Unifying Software
2. Select the channel using the Easy-Switch buttons (1, 2, or 3) on which you want to connect the keyboard with your Unifying receiver. You can select a channel that's different than the current paired channel.
3. Open the Unifying software and follow the onscreen instructions to pair your keyboard with your Unifying receiver.

NOTE: the update should take about 5 minutes to complete. Please make sure that your computer stays on while the update is being performed, and please do not disconnect your device while the update is being performed (do not turn it off or switch the to another channel).

 

Microsoft 5050 Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Not Detected

Hi,
I have a new Microsoft Mouse & Keyboard 2000 now.
Tried what you suggested with an old keyboard, connected the new one and it's a bit better.
I stll get an error saying the 'MKCHelper.exe' file is missing.
I still can't uninstall/reinstall Microsoft Mouse & Keyboard Centre, as it says it is on the PC, but is not listed in the list of software to uninstall.
When I slow the wheel scroll speed down, it works fine, but when I restart the PC I have to do it again, as it speeds up so much I can't control it.
