    System Specs: Motherboard: MSI A68HM-E33 V2BIOS Version: 8.5Keyboard: USB tested multiple devices and portsBoot Status: System reaches Windows Boot Manager but cannot proceedThe system powers on and reaches the Windows Boot Manager, but USB input devices do not function at all, making it impossible to enter BIOS or select an OS to boot.
