Windows 10: Keyboard doesnt start up with the computer on start up.

My keyboard doesnt turn on when my PC does. It does work fine when it comes from sleep mode instead of a full restart.When i unplug the USB to reconnect it often gives me a connect sound and then a disconnect sound. i retry this with different USB ports until it works.My headset USB has the same issue on start up, although after one reconnect it always works.My mouse who also uses USB works fine on start up always.i am using windows 11I have tried turning off fast startup, but that doesnt work. i have gone into power settings and disabled USB disabling for sleep mode

GPUz doesnt start

ok my theory confirmed.

intel vga enabled at bios + intel drivers= gpu-z start
intel vga enabled at bios (no intel drivers) = gpu-z start but initial show error message about open cl. clicking
intel vga disabled at bios + intel drivers installed = gpu-z doesnt start

 

after updates touchpad and keyboard doesnt work

I suggest you to use the On-screen keyboard and boot the system in Safe Mode with Networking and check if you can access the Keyboard.

After booting the system in Safe Mode With Networking, update the driver for Keyboard by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
• Expand Keyboards from the list.
• Right click on the driver and select
  update driver software.

After the driver is updated, boot the system in normal mode and check for status.

You can't do any of this until you go through the initial login. After that the steps you listed are a good start though I use the builtin Windows Defender along with Malwarebytes Anti-malware Premium and Anti-exploit. #2 is key as far as I'm concerned. I backup every Friday using Macrium reflect Pro set for 1 full and 6 incremental.
