Windows 10: Keyboard function and escape keys problem

Good day,


my ESC, F1, F2, F3 and F4 keys are typing/doing numpad actions whenever I press them. Like when I press the "ESC" key, it keys in the number "1" from and whenever I press "F2" it keys in the number "2" and so on up until the F4 key. Is this a bug on Microsoft or is there something I did that made it like this? It is really hard working with excel because whenever I want to press "esc" it just types "1" instead.

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
