Windows 10: Keyboard functioning itself

Hi, I have a hp laptop. When i plugin external keyboard. Then it works properly. But after some time some keys functioning itself. It opens many apps itself like, calculator. I changes many keyboard but it did same thing. There have no keyboard problem. Keyboard functioning properly in other laptop. Even troubleshoot did not solve my problem. many times i uninstall or install keyboard driver but it did not work. So plz help me to solve this problem.

Intermittent keyboard non-functioning


I use a wireless mouse and keyboard. Every now and then, often enough to be irritating, the keyboard fails to function: the mouse works properly. The keyboard problem persists for a few minutes, after which it works again. There is no discernable pattern to this problem.

This is the third wireless keyboard to show the same problem, suggesting something is wrong elsewhere.

The keyboard batteries are not responsible for the failure.

On the same desk is a cordless telephone.

Any helpful suggestions would be very gratefully received.

To address your concern, we suggest that you try the following steps:

• Click Start and then click Settings
• Click on Ease of access
• Click Keyboard in the left pane
• Turn off Filter Keys in the right pane

Also, try pressing the Fn+ Num Lock keys to turn off the Number lock function.

• Select the option to Delete driver software.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.
