Windows 10: Keyboard Input bar on taskbar appearing even after removing the second language every time

I am presented with this language bar near the action center of the taskbar every time after a restart. Every time I remove English India which happens to be the other language in the issue is added back and I cannot do anything about it. And if I try to look in the settings to see if the language is there or not, it isn't even there. I solve this issue temporarily by adding and then removing the aforementioned language to windows. This makes the language bar go away until the next restart. Even though the language is present in the language bar the default activated language is English Uni

Extra language bar appearing in taskbar

I often switch between languages while typing, so I always set the language bar to be visible and floating on the desktop. This makes it more convenient to change language options while working, and saves space on the taskbar. But recently an extra language bar has appeared in the taskbar:




This wastes space on the taskbar. I would rather use that space to display other things. I only want the floating language bar, but I can't find settings anywhere to remove the taskbar langage display.
If I minimize the floating language bar, I end up with both language bars on the taskbar:


Any suggestions?

This is Windows 10 64-bit. I just installed Cumulative Update 1803, but this problem has existed for at least a few weeks.

Right click Taskbar, select Taskbar settings. Under Notification area, select Turn system icons on or off:

Uninstall primary input language


Hello,
I'm using english-US as display language, but german (DEU) as keyboard input language.

I would like to uninstall the english (ENG) keyboard since the input language switches to english when I hide the unneeded language bar.
It was very simple under win7, but here I did not find the way (remove is disabled). Can you suggest a solution?
