Windows 10: Keyboard Input bar on taskbar appearing even after removing the second language every time

Link to the previous thread I am presented with this language bar near the action center of the taskbar every time after a restart. Every time I remove English India which happens to be the other language in the issue is added back and I cannot do anything about it. And if I try to look in the settings to see if the language is there or not, it isn't even there. I solve this issue temporarily by adding and then removing the aforementioned language to windows. This makes the language bar go away until the next restart. Even though the language is present in the language bar the default activa

It sounds like there may be an issue with the language settings on your computer. Here are some steps you can try to permanently remove the second language:

Go to Settings > Time & Language > Language.

Under "Preferred languages," click on the language you want to remove and click "Options."

Click "Remove" to remove the language from your system.

Restart your computer and check if the language bar is still present.

If the language bar still appears, you can try the following steps:

Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

Type "services.msc" and press Enter.

Scroll down to the "Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service" and right-click on it.

Click "Properties" and change the "Startup type" to "Disabled."

Click "Apply" and then "OK."

Restart your computer and check if the language bar is still present.

If the issue persists, you can try resetting the language settings on your computer:

Go to Settings > Time & Language > Language.

Under "Preferred languages," click on the language you want to reset and click "Options."

Click "Remove" to remove the language from your system.

Restart your computer.

Go back to Settings > Time & Language > Language and click "Add a language."

Add the language you want to use and set it as the default language.

Restart your computer and check if the language bar is still present.

Extra language bar appearing in taskbar

I often switch between languages while typing, so I always set the language bar to be visible and floating on the desktop. This makes it more convenient to change language options while working, and saves space on the taskbar. But recently an extra language bar has appeared in the taskbar:




This wastes space on the taskbar. I would rather use that space to display other things. I only want the floating language bar, but I can't find settings anywhere to remove the taskbar langage display.
If I minimize the floating language bar, I end up with both language bars on the taskbar:


Any suggestions?

This is Windows 10 64-bit. I just installed Cumulative Update 1803, but this problem has existed for at least a few weeks.

I also tried changing region, country, and all the other things possible to get rid of this bug.

It's not something of high priority but if there is a possible way to solve this permanently, I would very much appreciate it. It's kind of annoying to see it every time I turn my device on.
