Windows 10: Keyboard input extra languages I don't want.

Received a laptop as a gift from a friend, that came in another language. Did some stuff after searching the web and changed every language to English. Only extra thing that stayed and I want it removed is from the Language Input when pressing shift+alt has a language I don't want and can't seem to be able to remove it. Can it be removed, do I have to factory reset it and freshly install windows from a USB drive?

Language input may vary depending on the Input method set on your keyboard settings. To sort your concern, we suggest that you check if the desired input is set correctly by following these steps:

• Type in Language and keyboard options on the search box.
• Select the desired language that you're trying to set up.
• Once you've selected the language, select Options.
• Under Keyboards, select Microsoft IME and click
  Options.
• Scroll down and select Open advanced settings.
• A window will pop up. Under General tab, click the drop-down arrow for
  Input method and select the desired input.
• Click OK.

Keyboard charachters don´t match

1.Go to
Settings > Time & language >
Region & language.

2.Select
Add a language.

3.Select the language you want to use from the list, then choose which region's version you want to use. Your download will begin immediately.
