Windows 10: Keyboard Input Issue

I am having an issue with the input controller for my keyboard. Whenever I press the "R" key, it will generate the letters "RT" and the same goes for when I press the "G" key, it will generate the letters "FG". I have already replaced my keyboard, so I know its not the keyboard. Is there a way to fix this issue or will I have to replace the motherboard to my computer?

Language keyboard input doesn't equal output

Language input may vary depending on the Input method set on your keyboard settings. To sort your concern, we suggest that you check if the desired input is set correctly by following these steps:

• Type in Language and keyboard options on the search box.
• Select the desired language that you're trying to set up.
• Once you've selected the language, select Options.
• Under Keyboards, select Microsoft IME and click
  Options.
• Scroll down and select Open advanced settings.
• A window will pop up. Under General tab, click the drop-down arrow for
  Input method and select the desired input.
• Click OK.

• Press Windows Button and start typing Control panel
• Click on Clock, language and Region
• Click on Language and click on Keyboard Layout
• And you can add the input Language for keyboard and check if it helps

Method 2: Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your touch Screen. Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
