Windows 10: Keyboard input issues, regular use of PC almost impossible,

Hello, I've been experiencing issues with my keyboard recently.For example, Sometimes it will spam the left ALT key, and I am unable to do anything unless i do ctrl alt delete, which only works a percentile of the time. More recently it has started to not recognise my CTRL, WIN, ALT, FN keys, even when the alt key is not being spammed. This makes playing games which is primarily what i use my PC for almost impossible. My keyboard model is the LOGITECH G513. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Language keyboard input doesn't equal output

Language input may vary depending on the Input method set on your keyboard settings. To sort your concern, we suggest that you check if the desired input is set correctly by following these steps:

• Type in Language and keyboard options on the search box.
• Select the desired language that you're trying to set up.
• Once you've selected the language, select Options.
• Under Keyboards, select Microsoft IME and click
  Options.
• Scroll down and select Open advanced settings.
• A window will pop up. Under General tab, click the drop-down arrow for
  Input method and select the desired input.
• Click OK.

Method 1: Add input language

• Press Windows Button and start typing Control panel
• Click on Clock, language and Region
• Click on Language and click on Keyboard Layout
• And you can add the input Language for keyboard and check if it helps

Method 2: Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your touch Screen. Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
