  1. Keyboard inputs process slowly

I don't know of a concise way to explain this, but here it is. On boot and at random intervals at other times, inputs from my keyboard on my Dell XPS 13 will slow to a crawl - and I mean literally. No matter how fast I input, the inputs are buffered through exactly once a second. For example, I can type "Word" in about half a second, but there's a full second between each letter appearing on screen. This applies to both the laptop keyboard and any external keyboards I use, and it drives me nuts. Mouse function is completely fine, though.

    :)
