    Keyboard is not on in startup settings


    So I got a blue screen of death, the stopcode was KMODE_EXEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. I looked it up and it means I have out of date drivers. So I rebooted my pc and windows tried to repair but failed. I then tried to start my pc in safemode with networking but I can't press 5 to choose it. My keyboard is the G910 Orion Spectrum and it's plugged into a USB 3.0 port. Also I should say that my keyboard only turns on when Windows finishes starting so I can't access the bios.     Keep onscreen keyboard from displaying at startup

    Hi Helene,

    I suggest to try the steps below and check if it helps.

    • Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete key on the Keyboard.
    • Click on More details.
    • Go to Startup Tab.
    • Right click on Onscreen Keyboard And select
      disable.

    Cannot launch Settings on startup menu

    Hi Luky,

    Thank you for posting your reply.

    I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps below.

    • In the Lock screen, press/hold the shift key and click on power icon>restart.
    • Click on Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Startup Repair and follow the prompts to start the Startup Repair.
    After the Startup Repair is complete, check for the status.
