Windows 10: KEYBOARD IS NOT WORKING AFTER THE WINDOWS 10UPDATE

my laptop keyboard is not working completely after the last windows10 update. but the touch pad is working properly though. i checked the hardware is working fine. therefore it has some software prroblems , itried to work it out through the device manager like uninstalling and reinstalling drivers but it was of no help , dont know what to di. anyone else faced the same problem ?? please help

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:
