Windows 10: Keyboard is not working correctly i'm using nitro 5 windows 11.

This happen a month ago i updated my laptop and then shutit down and after the update was finished i opened it up and shutdown again without fully opening it up.Now yesterday i turned it on and noticed that my laptop is having issues with my keyboard even though i don't use my laptop much. i wonder why is this because of the update or related to my hardware.Please suggest me solutions i have already tried alot of them but none of them supposed to work.

Shift+M does not work

Hi Dave, I've tried both suggestions and neither have worked. For the second suggestion, it showed multiple keyboards listed all of which were named "HID Keyboard device". I am also running windows 11.

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
