Windows 10: Keyboard is not working when set up new PC

I am having a problem when setting up new PC. The keyboard that is connected to the pc via usb cable does not work, i tried to use the virtual keyboard but it does not work either.

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

• 
  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.

Moved pc to a new case keyboard dead

You need to take this one step at a time. It is a waste of time to go further until you find out why your keyboard is not working. Can you borrow or obtain another keyboard preferably a USB wired one to find out if your keyboard is the problem or not. If another keyboard does not solve the problem the problem lies elsewhere. Remember one step at a time.

 

Keyboard is not working after upgrade to Windows 10.
