    Keyboard is not working when typing the password with alphabet in Windows 11 HP Laptop


    Hello IT professionals,My password consists of alphabet and numeric. However, whenever I enter my password to open my laptop, the keyboard for alphabet is not working but for the numerical it is working. I know my password, so what I did, I tried to open the laptop by clicking the "Forget Password" even I did not forget it. Then, I was prompted to enter my Micrsoft email address and password i find this confusing, because the alphabet in keyboard is working then the code was sent to my email. Then there is a dialogue box with the option to enter a new password or just cancel. I selected the

    Why won’t my alphabetical keys work?

    Hello, so yesterday I tried to enter my password on my laptop, and noticed that none of the alphabetical keys showed up in the password, but the numerical keys did. (my laptop keys are not damaged), I’ve also tried to use the on-screen keyboard but it still won’t type in the alphabet. I have a Hp stream laptop

    Windows 11 laptop keyboard stutter lag typing

    My new laptop came with windows 11 and I have issue typing since day one. The keyboard stutters, typing has lag, so its never easy to type a even a password. All my peripheral devices like keyboard, mouse, display monitors work fine with other windows laptops with windows 10 and even they work with the Macbook. When I use them with this laptop the problem begins. I tried pretty much everything suggested in different blogs and microsoft help pages with no luck.

    Please help fixing this issue. This is the very basic of using a computer is to be able to type. I have spent several days working on it with no luck. Please help.

    My laptop keyboard in WIN 11 typing the number 5 automatically

    My laptop Samsung keyboard automatically keeps on typing number "5" and locks muse movement with he no 5 key above the alphabet pad does not work. Tried formating my pc didn't work also checked out the keyboard of laptop it is ok. I am running Windows 11
