Windows 10: Keyboard issue of vaio E series laptop

My issue is keyboard. I am using windows 11. Recently I have faced a problem with the NUMLK key. Keeping the NUMLK on, the four keys +,7,4,1 are not working. And I also detected that when these keys remain inactive then the space at, b, t, r also not working. After pressing Fn+F1 simultaneously I tried many times hapazarly. I found that when all the keys of NumLk works properly then the spacebar, b ,r ,t automatically become active. Any one please help me. How can I solve the problem.

I have installed Windows 10 Enterprise. But it has poor graphics.

I am not getting driver. It would be great if once can advice.

I already tried NVIDIA but no drivers found

I've noticed a while a go that the connectivity between my laptop and the E series specially has some problems that its disconnecting the connectivity

i don't know if any has the solution for this problem or not, I'm using Sony Vaio TX series
