Windows 10: Keyboard keys are acting up

Hello Team,My keyboard keys are acting up not able to use them properly. If I use left Ctrl key it automatically moves to the top and not allow to scroll down until I press right ctrl and same happening with underscore key as well. Please help me out I have been facing this issue from very long time and had raised this issue with earlier as well however updating BIOS worked for sometime and now again it started.Regards,Abhishek Barve

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)
  
• 
  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.

• Press Windows key + X key and click on

• Click on Keyboards.
• Right-click on the Keyboards and click on
  Update driver software.

Method 2: Hardware and Device troubleshooter.

• Press Windows Key + X key, Click on Control Panel.
• Type troubleshooting in the search bar, click on troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Sound, click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.
