Windows 10: Keyboard keys not working properly. Lenovo 330 ideapad Windows 11

I updated my laptop to windows 11 quite some time back. And seeing this issue on and off. Now it has become consistent.Some keys on my keyboard like is not working like: [g, h,',7] at all while others do. It works fine if I use on screen keyboard. I did my research and found out it as happened to others using lenovo ideapad 330 as well. Driver ELAN ID Class Filter Driver is having an issue:I am pasting the information here. My Lenovo IdeaPad 330S keyboard is working in safe mode but not working in BIOS?Have rebooted the system,re-installed the keyboard drivers but it's still same.

 

Windows 11 crashed on my laptop Lenovo IdeaPad 330. I am not able to complete reinstall of windows after trying all the suggested steps on forum. It gets stuck on getting your device ready.

why the cpu isn't compatible with windows 11 (lenovo ideapad 330-15ast)

Hi!

I'm coming from the community help from lenovo.

They suggest to me to ask Microsoft.

So, if somebody who now pretty good about microsoft is reading, i would ask the reason why my proccessor Amd A9425 R5 7th generation, isn't compatible with windows 11. Even if the entire hardware is in line with the lenovo's video about windows 11 and the pc healt check app:



2: Why the most of the others lenovo ideapad 330-15 series haven't this problem?

3: Why my processor is not supported by windows 11?

4: Should I update windows even if it says that isn't compatible ?
