    Keyboard keys sticking or struck in Windows 10


    Hi,


    Multiple computersWindows 10 in our organization running with keyboard issues.


    Keys are sticking for few seconds and comes up suddenly on screen, inconsistent keyboard typing in multiple PCs.


    So far done few troubleshooting and nothing seems working.

    1. we have changed RAM to make sure all same model

    2. Memory test passed

    3. Uninstalled Keyboard drivers --> restarted PC and let it load drivers automatically

    4. registry cleared - sfc/scannow


    Once restarted the PC, the keyboard started working for few days, then again keyboard started playing up and user need to restart again.

    This is frustrating, how to resolve the issue.

    version: 20H2

    OS build: 19042.662

    Experience: Windows features experience pack 120.2212.5510


    Anyone has same issues?
