Windows 10: keyboard left ctrl toggles mute and whenever i press windows key it makes computer sleep

So , the keyboard is wireless prolink pcwm 7003 tried reinstalling windowschanging batterieswiped keyboard to see if problem is because of moisture

Windows 10 | Left Shift reduces volume, Right Shift toggle mute and Left Ctrl toggle airplane mode

I have a new laptop HP Pavilion 15, with Windows 10 Home, and the keyboard (a standard QWERTY) if isn't working properly:

• When I press the "Left Ctrl" key it's enable/disable Airplaine Mode and opens the Outlook app.
• When I press the "Left Shitt" key it's reduces the volume.
• When I press the "Right Shift"key it's enable/disable the Mute of the volume.

I already tried:

1. Installing updates from Windows Update Center.
2. Installing all driver updates using HP Assistant.
3. Tried another keyboard layouts.

Is there anything I can do to check if it's either a software problem or a hardware problem?

 

Left ctrl = mute, windows and alt shortcut become "hibernate/sleep"

I try to find the answer but cant find the solution..

My left ctrl suddenly become mute also windows and alt, its strange if its about the keyboard, everybody has a same problem. Left ctrl for mute, windows and alt for Sleep.

 

Computer acts as if the CTRL key is pressed down when it is not

Hey guys,

I've been experiencing an issue with my pc (Windows 10) recently where my computer acts as if the CTRL key is pressed down when in fact it is not. For example, typing "w" in a web browser executes the CTRL + w command, and so forth. Viewing the onscreen
keyboard confirms that the CTRL key is pressed down. Here are the things I have tried to fix this:

• press both CTRL keys for 15 seconds
• turn off sticky keys, toggle keys, and filter keys
• switch out my keyboard
• plug my keyboard into a different usb port
• uninstall and reinstall my keyboard drivers
• hold CTRL + Shift for 15 seconds
• reinstall windows
• run system file checker

The problem seems to be completely random, but occurs mostly when I'm running a program other than a web browser, such as a game. Any help with fixing this would be greatly appreciated.
