    Keyboard malfunction only in email


    I am unable to "tab" down from my email lines starting with the "TO" line, when I tab, it does nothing and unable to get to the subject line or the body of the email unless I do it manually. Also, if I'm replying, when I get to the body of the email, I can't push the existing text down to type above a line. Happens only in emails, not documents or word docs.
