Windows 10: keyboard microsoft sculpt ergonomic keyboard key combinations not working

the keyboard is connected via a usb adapter, the main problem is that some keyboard shortcuts work and some don't, for example ctrl+w+a+space works correctly, and ctrl+w+d+space the D key is no longer pressed if you release the ctrl key D will already be pressed, but when you press ctrl again, the ctrl key will no longer work

2. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
   
3. Does the issue occurs while using a specific application or all the applications?
   
4. Is the trans-receiver for the keyboard connected properly to the PC?
   

Meanwhile, you can try re-installing the drivers and Microsoft Mouse and keyboard center for the keyboard and check if that helps. You can download the drivers from the

Microsoft website.

Bluetooth Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard

Is anyone aware if Microsoft is considering releasing bluetooth version of the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard (or Desktop)?

In my opinion, it would be a great step forward for this great product.

 

Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard a+w+4 combination doesn't work

You can try to assign the hot keys for the same combination (a+W+4) on the keyboard and check if that impacts on your game.

You can also try to use your Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard on a different computer to check if the issue still persists.

Microsoft Store Support and get the further help with the keyboard features and replacement.
