  1. keyboard, mouse, and second screen connecter all disconnect from my usb for about a second...

for christmas, about a month ago, i got a brand new computer. I7, 4060 TI, 16 gb of ddr5, and on my old computer. i would get Kernel Power event id 41 constantly. for 8 months it happened 3-4 times a day and i couldnt find a fix. Recently, on my brand new computer, it started happening again. I looked into it and im pretty sure it was mcafee causing the problem. uninstalled mcafee and havent had a problem since with that. However, just earlier today, randomly my computer started being really slow and i had to restart it. After that restart i decided to play fortnite and when i went into a matc

    :)

USB devices keep disconnecting for 20 seconds

In the last couple of months I've been having problems with my USB devices (including mouse and keyboard) temporarily disconnecting from my Windows 10 Pro machine (version 21H1, build 19043.1526). It happens every few hours. I first notice that the mouse and keyboard stop responding, then see a notification pop up saying that there was a problem with the last USB device connected, then if I wait for about 20 seconds everything returns to normal. I've tried un-installing the USB controller from Device Manager and rebooting (to allow it to be re-installed). It hasn't resolved the problem. There's nothing showing up in Event Viewer. Any ideas for how I can diagnose/fix this?

  3. Bluetooth Mouse Disconnects after exactly 30 seconds.

I have MS Surface Book 2 15''. My mouse is M720 Triathlon (Logitech).

Since May 01, 2019 (after installing an update related to MS virus definitions or something like that - possibly not connected with the problem) my Bluetooth mouse gets disconnected after 30 seconds. To connect it again, I need to turn it off and on. But
then it gets disconnected again after 30 seconds. Before May 01 the mouse just worked as expected.

Also, when I use USB dongle provided with the mouse everything works as expected.

Second Monitor Screen Frozen after Update

    Hi,
I have an ASUS Zenbook UX31E. It had Windows 7 pre-installed. I have an ASUS docking station and connect a keyboard and second monitor which is a 19 inch SyncMaster 2023 by Samsung. I bought it in 2009 and it’s not a widescreen, so I have to compromise with the resolution, but it’s fine. My mouse via USB key is Microsoft Arc Touch.
Three days ago I updated to Windows 10 and everything was working well until yesterday. Both screens froze, neither the mouse nor touchpad worked. The cursor was blocked. I think it rebooted. Still unable to log-in. After a few reboots I could log-on with my laptop which is now working normally. The problem is the second monitor. It’s still showing the log-in screen and a frozen blue dot. The cursor doesn’t show and the mouse doesn’t work on it. I’ve disconnected and reconnected. I’ve rebooted loads of times. I’ve disconnected everything, router, docking station etc.etc. Still nothing. The same frozen screen reappears.
When I go via Control Panel to display, the second monitor is not there. When I go into devices and hardwear, it’s not there either.
I’m prepared to buy a new monitor if I was sure it would work as the current one is from 2009.
Any suggestions on how to fix are welcome.
